The settee in the living room converts to a double bed. There is a small, very private patio, with trees that can offer shade. The patio has garden furniture and loungers which can be taken to the nearby beach.
The duplex is 500 metres from El Cotillo, which has some small supermarkets, an excellent choice of restaurants and a few friendly bars..

This bright, airy apartment is located in the New Harbour area of Cotillo. Its outstanding feature is the private roof terrace which offers spectacular sea views to the south over the surfer’s beach.
It is furnished and equipped to a very high standard and offers all the comforts of home; full cooking facilities, Sat TV and comfortable sofa and beds.
The apartment is split over two levels with one bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living area on the first level and the second bedroom and w/c on the upper level adjacent to the roof terrace.
